What the site records when you visit

The site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog.

The tools start only after your first action on the page, for example a scroll, a click or a key. If you do nothing, they start a few seconds after the page loads.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) loads Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics 4 records these data:

  • The pages that you see.
  • How you got to the site, for example from a search or from a link.
  • The scrolls, and the clicks on links.
  • The general area where you are, and the type of device.

The site also sends these events to Google Analytics:

  • A click on an Apply link, a Course link or a Masterclass link, with the place of the link, for example the header.
  • The start of the Application form.
  • A form that you send with no error.
  • A click on an email link.

An event does not contain your name, your email address or your answers.

Google Analytics keeps the data for 14 months. Google signals is off. Thus, the reports of this site do not use data from your Google account.

The site does not send typed email addresses or other user-provided data to Google Analytics.

PostHog

PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) records the pages that you see (page views), heatmaps, clicks and session replays. A session replay shows how you move through a page: the mouse movements, the scrolls and the clicks.

PostHog masks all form inputs in the replays. Thus, a replay does not show what you type. The replays do not show the forms.

The site does not record heatmaps on the form pages.

PostHog stores the data in the United States.

The Application form and the Contact form

When you send a form, your answers go by email to the program inbox. The inbox is a Gmail account of Google LLC.

The email goes through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), in the AWS Region Canada (Central).

The site does not send your answers to the analytics tools.

We do not sell your data.

Cookies

Google Analytics and PostHog put cookies or local storage on your device to count visits.

You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it. Write to masteringtherapybusinessschool@gmail.com.
